custom
software.
We design and build websites, apps and business software. Start with a prototype to test how it works, then decide whether to develop the full version.
We agree on a price for the prototype before we start. You decide whether to continue.

01 / How we work
How we work.
We work out what you need.
What needs to work better, and who will use it? We look at how things work today, then agree on the prototype’s scope, price, schedule and rounds of feedback.
You try out the prototype.
We use AI to help create a clickable prototype of the agreed screens and tasks. Try it with your team or clients to see how it works. It may use sample data and simulated connections to other systems.
We refine the prototype.
What is unclear, what is missing and what could be simpler? We revise the prototype over the agreed rounds of feedback. We discuss any work outside that scope separately.
You decide what comes next.
If you want to take it further, we prepare a separate proposal for development, security, integrations and maintenance. Our development partner can build the software for everyday use. That may mean rebuilding it rather than extending the prototype.
02 / Services
What we build.
Software for your clients, tools for your team and ways to reduce manual work.
01AI & automation
Extract information from documents, organise it and move data between systems. We work out what can be automated and where someone still needs to check the results.

A client portal, booking platform or app for your team. Designed around the people who use it.
Discuss your project03Websites & platforms
A website that explains what you offer, or a platform for bookings, applications or customer accounts. We design the content, layout and features around what people need to do.
Discuss your project04Custom software
Scheduling tools, dashboards and internal software built around how you work. Replace separate spreadsheets or make it easier to hand tasks over to colleagues.

About Itereer.
We’re based in the Netherlands. You work directly with us.
We lead the design and prototyping work. You can test the prototype as we develop it and tell us what needs to change.
Senior engineers from our international development partner can build the full version. We agree on responsibilities and ongoing maintenance before work starts.
Talk to usQuestions
Ask a questionHow much detail do I need to start?
You don’t need a detailed brief. Tell us what you want to improve and who it is for. Together, we decide what the prototype needs to show.
How does pricing work?
Before we start, you receive a proposal with the prototype’s price, scope and included rounds of feedback. Development of the full version is quoted separately.
When can I try the prototype?
That depends on what the prototype needs to do. We agree on a schedule before we start.
Do I have to continue after the prototype?
No. You pay for the agreed prototype. After that, you can continue, change direction or stop.
Can I use the prototype as finished software?
Usually not. A prototype helps you test the design and how it works. Software for everyday use also needs security, thorough testing and ongoing maintenance. Sometimes that means rebuilding it.
Who builds the final software?
Senior engineers at our international development partner can build it. Itereer manages the project from the Netherlands.
